I highly recommend training with Ro - as an adaptive gym user, it was essential for me to be able to perform gym exercises safely, confidently and also to push my boundaries. Ro definitely helped me do that- he took time to understand my needs and recommended exercises accordingly but at the same time challenged me! Also I have been the type of person who never really enjoyed going to the gym and focussed more on team sports. However Ro has made going to the gym a positive and productive experience for me both physically and mentally, especially when I see the results and now the gym has become my positive habit!
